In disputes between lawyers and their clients, an application may be made under § 73 (2) no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 (5) BRAO for out-of-court dispute resolution through the Nuremberg Bar Association.  In addition, a conciliation body for the legal profession has been established at “Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin” to resolve property disputes arising from the attorney-client relationship. However, KANZLEI 441 is not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the conciliation body for the legal profession.
